Renter Registration
The Moorings Property Owner is assessed an annual fee of $200. This is completed as part of the Membership process (both joining, and renewing a Property Owners membership). See the membership page.
For each lease, the Property Owner is assessed a $500 Lease Fee per rental lease. This process is initiated below.
Maximum of 3 renters in a calendar year, not less than 90 days per rental.
During rental periods, property owners relinquish their rights to use the beach park.
A copy of a rental or lease agreement, including name and dates, will be required before approval.
Issuance of rental passes will be tracked by property address (which will be added in the online form below).
Renters must present an ID which will be cross-checked against our records.
Only one car is allowed per rental pass.
When the rental period straddles the calendar year, owners must purchase a pass for each applicable year.
Houseguest passes are not permitted.
