2026 Membership Renewal is Now Open
We’re grateful that Florida has enjoyed a remarkably quiet hurricane season so far this year. The Beach Park remains in excellent condition, and the special assessment for Hurricane Ian is now complete. Thanks to your support, those funds enabled us to recover from Hurricanes Ian, Helene, and Milton and to rebuild a strong reserve fund for the future. The annual MPOA membership fee remains unchanged at $200. One-time New Member fees remain unchanged at $1,000.

New MPOA Members:

Price: $1000 one-time New Member Fee + $200 Annual Membership
How to Get Your Vehicle Stickers:
Allow 7-10 days from completing your renewal online for processing.
After the processing period, bring your vehicle(s) and registrations to Beach Park.
Attendants will apply the 2026 window stickers to your vehicles.
As a courtesy to our park attendants, please avoid pick-up within an hour of closing or on holiday weekends.
The MPOA website has been updated to include a FAQ section, back issues of the newsletter, instructions on applying for houseguest and renters passes, and more. Also, if you have a Renter, please complete the Renter Registration form (and incremental $500 payment) for each renter. This will need to be initiate through a separate transaction on the website (as we have enabled Express Checkout) throughout the site.
