MPOA Members have the right to rent their property, however additional fees apply:

• A maximum of 3 renters in a calendar year, and not less then 90 days per rental.

• During rental periods, property owners relinquish their rights to use the beach park.

• A copy of a rental or lease agreement, including name and dates, will be required before approval.

• Issuance of rental passes will be tracked by property address.

• Renters must present an ID which will be cross-checked against our records.

• Only one car is allowed per rental pass.

• When the rental period straddles the calendar year, owners must purchase a pass for each applicable year.

• Houseguest passes are not permitted.
